Aftercare International (ACI) 

is a global alliance dedicated to ensuring survivors of human trafficking are not only freed, but fully supported to rebuild their lives. We partner with trusted, community-led programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America to provide safe housing, healing, education, and vocational skills.




The Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking is a national charity committed to ending all forms of human trafficking in Canada.


It operates the confidential Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-833-900-1010, available 24/7/365 in more than 200 languages.

Consider the Lily (CtL) is a Christ-centered ministry located in Philippines, just outside of Manila, CtL is home to two safe houses Alpas and Amaris caring for 54 girls ages 3–17 who have experienced sexual abuse and exploitation.

At CtL, we live by the truth that “we are not an institution, we are a family.” Our heartbeat is to see every girl live free, empowered, and filled with lasting hope in Jesus.




FCJ Refugee Centre is a non-profit community organization in Toronto that serves refugees and migrants with precarious status, welcoming anyone seeking advice, counsel, and support. Through the anti-human trafficking program, FCJ provides holistic immigration and settlement support to migrants exploited for labour or sex while addressing systemic barriers such as lack of resources, marginalization, and discrimination.





Fight4Freedom exists to be an active voice and advocate of justice for individuals, communities and families impacted by sex trafficking. We further assist them in finding the necessary support systems that will aid them on their path to safety, healing, and freedom.


Fight4Freedom combats human trafficking through four arms: Awareness Raising, Reaching Out, Meaningful Partnerships, and Survivor Care—raising awareness, reaching exploited individuals,  collaborating with key stakeholders for lasting impact, and supporting survivors' recovery.



Free-Them is a Toronto-based, federally registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to ending modern-day slavery and human trafficking through public education, awareness campaigns, and powerful experiential tools. Free-Them hosts the annual Walk for Freedom to raise awareness, foster community engagement, and bring survivors, leaders, and policymakers together in action.

International Justice Mission Canada is a part of a global organization that protects people in poverty from violence.

 

We partner with local authorities in 33 programs offices in 19 countries to combat trafficking and slavery, violence against women and children and police abuse of power.

IJM’s mission is to protect people in poverty from violence by rescuing victims, bringing criminals to justice, restoring survivors to safety and strength, and helping local law enforcement build a safe future that lasts.

The Salvation Army Illuminate is a national program based in British Columbia, Canada, dedicated to ending human trafficking through survivor-centered services, education, and advocacy. Grounded in trauma-informed care and the love of Christ, Illuminate offers safe housing, crisis response, and long-term support to help survivors reclaim their lives.



Timea's Cause Inc. is a social enterprise that aims to raise awareness about unresolved trauma and inspire individuals, professionals, and organizations to Connect, Heal and Unite.


Founded by a Survivor of Human Trafficking, Speaker, Advocate and Producer, Timea E Nagy.





Victim Services Toronto  provides 24/7 trauma-informed crisis response, case management, and advocacy for survivors of human trafficking, including safety planning and specialized financial advocacy through the Reclaim program. Additionally we also provide prevention education in partnership with school boards across Toronto, policy advocacy, and collaborations with government, law enforcement, and financial institutions, VST addresses trafficking at every stage—from prevention and immediate crisis response to long-term recovery and systemic change.

The Alberta Centre to End Trafficking in Persons (the Alberta Centre) was established by the community in partnership with the Government of Alberta after extensive consultation with stakeholders across sectors to address the growing issue of human trafficking in the province. The focus includes collaborating with law enforcement, government, the business community and community organizations to:  Raise public awareness - Strengthen community response across sectors to create coordinated and responsive strategies for preventing trafficking and supporting survivors - Hold traffickers accountable by advising on policy and advocating for human trafficking-specific legislative action - Support survivors by ensuring availability of exit and rapid-exit opportunities along with wrap-around resources to build the lives they were intended to live.

Created in the name of gender equality, Aura Freedom is a grassroots, intersectional feminist organization working to eradicate violence against women and human trafficking through initiatives focused on Primary and Secondary Prevention. Through education, advocacy, policy change, research, training, media reform, partnership-building, and survivor support, Aura Freedom has implemented sustainable and creative programs preventing and addressing gender-based violence and human trafficking in Canada and beyond. Aura Freedom's award-winning team has consulted for all levels of government on anti-violence strategies, influencing policy and legislation through intersectional, rights-based advocacy. We serve as key advisors on multiple provincial, national, and global initiatives addressing sexual exploitation and GBV.

We are committed to providing consulting and training services that incorporate an intersectional lens and perspective. We believe the phrase “nothing about us without us” and stay true to our values of human rights and trauma-sensitive approach. Additionally, we are committed to addressing systemic barriers and creating change.

#NotInMyCity is a facilitative organization launched in July, 2017 and championed by Paul Brandt that is raising awareness and taking collective action to prevent and end human trafficking and sexual exploitation. #NotInMyCity builds alliances to support, facilitate and advocate for the development and mobilization of a strategic, integrated plan to bring about transformational and sustainable change at the grassroots, practice, policy and legislative levels.

Restore NYC is a nation-leading nonprofit organization making freedom real for survivors of human trafficking in New York City. Since 2009, Restore has supported more than 2,600 survivors and those at risk through safe housing, economic empowerment, and trauma-informed counseling. With a vision for a world free from trafficking, Restore’s programs offer a holistic approach to helping survivors heal from trauma and rebuild lives that can sustain permanent freedom. In 2024, Restore was one of two national recipients of the Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons, the highest federal honor for anti-trafficking work.
